Tým průmyslových nemovitostí Cushman & Wakefield působí na trhu od roku 1995 a za tu dobu jsme uskutečnili přes 1 000 transakcí, pronajali prostory o více než 3 000 000 metrů čtverečních a zobchodovali 7 500 000 metrů čtverečních pozemků.

ENG: We’ve been shaping the Czech industrial market for more than a quarter of a century.

The Cushman & Wakefield industrial team has been active on the market since 1995, closing over 1,000 transactions, leasing space of more than 3,000,000 square metres and trading 7,500,000 square metres of land.

Every transaction represents to us a significant step that has helped us build an exceptionally strong market position. Each of them has its place in our history and also in the book summarising our transactions between 1995 and 2020.
