Logport Prague West is a multifunctional commercial zone combining warehouse and production space, along with small business units and retail.
Usage
The project is unique on many levels, including its location next to Prague’s main ring road. It also stands out thanks to the high technical standards it offers. Above all, Logport Prague West is without doubt the greenest commercial zone focusing on industrial spaces in the Czech Republic. We use rainwater for building operations along with rooftop solar panels for power, while green facades will help to cool the surroundings. It is connected to three independent cycling paths connecting Prague and the Central Bohemian region. A green hill with mature trees will visually separate the commercial zone from Jinočany’s residential areas. Logport Prague West is targeting the prestigious BREEAM “Excellent” rating from the international sustainability certification.
